RE:RE:RE:late news ...Excellent points algreene!    One would really have to be a... what was Lisa's disparagement again?  oh yeah, a DUMBO, if you think the market will construe the bay front arrangement as a negative.  One point further to add to your already sensible list is that Bayfront are getting the shares at today's price - no discount!  Even a DOLT could infer that means that Bayfront feels they are getting excellent value on the dollar.
