DDC is so cheap it could attract a hostile bid from the "inbound interest".I wonder if the party was or still is Teck? They might want to add the biggest Canadian diamond miner to their stable.The fact that DDC has no debt and $300 million in cash is very attractive to a take over. I very much doubt the bidder when away as DDC stock has fallen further post the review.The fire situation is VERY similar to the COS fire that prompted Suncor to bid for COS before the fire situation was resolved in the COS share price.DDC is now only a month away from its start up of Ekati that will send the shares higher as the market factors in the fire is a thing of the past. Conclusion DDC is ripe for to get a hostile bid
