RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:nice move up so far in the UKDoug, by making a "cheeky" bid you are suggesting that Delek make a hostile bid, which I don't see them doing.  If Delek wanted to go hostile they had a year and a half to do that at much lower prices.  No, in my opinion, there is more to Delek's presence than simply waiting to pounce.  Again, you have to go back to the Delek Group site and read their corporate presentations and see that they are interested in being in the North Sea for a long time and as such, I believe that their membership on the BOD allows them to expand their network throughout the NS, as well as get a good handle on the technical aspects of IAE, as well as watch how their $66mil investment is spent on near assets, and also get a handle on who they want to keep from the IAE management team once they buy the company.  That alone could take a good year, to see who on the team you can work with.  I do not believe that they will make an official offer until they know that they have the rest of the BOD backing which probably means that there is a dollar figure that the non-Delek portion of the Board has in mind and I have no doubt that Delek knows what this number is.  Once Brent gets to a level where that number works for all parties, then we will see the sale.  I also suspect that the large institutional holders would also view the sale this way as well.  That's my take.
