If Rob and crew were accepting 6 cents for their shares and then leaving the TBE assets and employment with no hope of gaining any of their lost investment back, then I guess I would just sadly accept my 6 cent offer as the very best they could get. I would reason that our interests are aligned and surely they have done all they could. Their ongoing employment and hope of recovery of their investment (but not ours) is what is problematic here. I am risking a fair bit of cash here (the price of a decent new car) to explore whether this is, in fact, the very best they (or anyone) can do for us. And if all shareholders end up with zero, then we endure that fate together - but I do hope that there is a better solution for all of us than that as oil prices recover!
