Sphinx Resources Ltd is a Canada-based mineral exploration company. The Company is focused on its activities in Quebec in search of deposits of precious metals, including gold, silver, palladium and platinum, and base metals, including copper, zinc and lead. The Calumet-Sud project consists of 21 claims totaling approximately 12.1 square kilometers (km2). It is located in the manicouagan regional county (MRC) Pontiac of southwestern Quebec. The GP project includes 74 claims, which occupy an area of approximately 41 km2 and is located in the MRC Pontiac in southwestern Quebec. The Calumet-Nord project consists of 42 claims an area of approximately 24.5 km2 and is immediately adjacent to the north and east of the former New Calumet mine. The Patrie project is composed of 34 mining titles covering an area of approximately 19.90 km2. The Soufflot project consists of 35 mining titles covering an area of approximately 19.95 km2.

This deal makes sense, as mentioned already it's a minimum amount that must be spent to form the partnership but gives each partner the flexability to allocate funds to their current flagship properties now and allows them to focus on this property once they have the capital/people to allocate to this project.

Sylvian just has some hatred for SOI or the James Bay region he can't get over.
