Strange trading?

Strange trading?
I can not believe that the share price can stay so low at 0.06-0.065 for so long. The current share price is just about the same as the price before 1:5 share consolidation. How comes??? I personally feel that the share price could be easily doubled whenever the next updates come out. This is just my opinion, not a financial advice. Cheers.
