as long as oil prices are low, they will drag their feet, and who can blame them? there is no rush. doesn't mean the stock wont bounce up every now and then. the worry however is, like for every other mickey mouse stock on the venture, more pp and possible consolidation. How much of the company does Essel want to own? At what price are they willing to purchase more shares. So far its been .05 cents plus warrants, which should be a concern for all investors. jmho
