PLI will not want to increase the sp until this has all been approved....and does this mean PLI is blacked out until Nov...
This is based on a five day average, near the Nov expectation of the closing...PLI is not going to increase until after the closing.
The only question remains...if any new news comes about...it will have to come with set future forward looking statements so it does not effect the sp.
