RE:keep your position

RE:keep your position
I agree. There is a decent chance of a sweetened offer. I bought at 4 cents and 6.5 cents a few weeks ago in anticipation of this very development (M&A offers). Too many good assets to let it go too cheap .15 - .20 is Fair value. NOW we have a floor established at .14. PLI shares are holding up, and are in fact up on the news. That tells me they are getting TST for a song...and their shareholders know it. Normally on a "fair deal" you see a pull back on the purchasers share price (that will be exchanged for the company being acquired). I've sold 1/2 my position, but believe that there is a good chance we will see more than .14 in the coming days and weeks. If TST shareholders raise enough of a ruckus the offer will be sweetened IMO. Same thing if another buyer presents. Remember they are getting the cash, MCNA potential, the plant, expertise, tax loss carryforwards, etc. My view ? - that's all worth 20 cents or more, but maybe I will settle for .18. GLTA
