RE:Self life Cheers.  Yes there are a few here who know nothing (or pretend to) ... I am not pretending I know a whole lot about shelf life of such drinks but I accept the NRs as accurate and then I bounce them off people I know who do know for reasonability and they all confirm.   When I buy milk and it has a best before date ... I accept Again, thanks for the post.  Cheers
