The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing Barisan Gold Corp.'s proposal to issue 12,546,370 shares at five cents per share to settle outstanding debt for $627,319.

 

Creditors:  three

 

 

Insiders:  Alex Granger -- $78,719 owing, 1,574,380 shares; Peter Akerley -- $32,000 owing, 640,000 shares

 

The company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued and the debt extinguished.
