RE:RE:AGM presentation. Sorry I didn't see your post in time. I was trying to pay attention and take notes as best I could. 

Didnt ask ask how much cash on hand. OilCan asked about cost of the new facility and Terry's estimate was something around the 50 million mark. He said phase 1 would be the expensive one with phases 2 and 3 being footprint expansion. He said they would use a number of different ways to pay for it. 

CanRX will be bringing in income, debt, options, and likely another market raise at one point. He said they would do something in the future to address dilution. It would definitely be share buy backs before dividends. 

he also said they had plans to move to a bigger exchange by the end of the year. He seemed very confident in that.
