RE:JUST MY THOUGHTS............................................Here are some of my thoughts. If this will be a no miss project, then why isn't the Quebec government all over this. This will create jobs and revenue for the province just like Hydro-Quebec does. I've been following and supporting this company for some years now but the latest trend in SP under $1 and the length it is taking to get financing is making me feel that this not going to happen. I hope I am wrong.
