Chances of share consolidation are high after the merger
Chances of share consolidation are high after the mergerI bet we will see at LEAST a 10:1 consolidation of shares after the merger (There will be over 400 million shares). Likely followed by a further drop in share price until they have some positive news on new production/oil wells.
I'm an AOS shareholder and I am kind of on the fence about the merger. The $0.15 cash per share (I am averaged at $0.10) is a nice profit so I understand Smoothwater wanting the easy money. I am not very familiar with MQL, anyone care to give me a rundown of why MQL is worth merging with? Any estimates on what the share price might look like with all that paper floating around?
