Who was buying it at 14 cents?

Who was buying it at 14 cents?can somebody still post how many shares were sold/bought these days not at 13.5 but for
14 cents......   out of total around 130,000,000?

Whoever was buying at 14 probably has something in mind I guess.  So was it a significant buy?
