Teper is French European Caucasian jewish and I suppose feels better of him self by making is aliyah back to Israel, he feels better...lol 2. no massif red tape in Israel concerning the trials. 3.it's cheaper + partnership with Jerusalem University+ + Israel government may give IMNP a incentive because one of there offices are in Bnei Brak, Israel
