RE:RE:Everyone Needs to Calm Down and Stop This Receivership TalkThat's right oldfart: the management group to develop the assets, are different people than the board of directors.  You always need good people to do the actual work, to get the oil out of the ground.  Not all of the management group, are involved with figuring out how to steal value from debenture holders.  Some people in the company, actually have to do real work, and develop the assets.

It sounds like the ad hoc group doesn't like the existing board.  They can't vote the board out, but you can bet if there is a debenture to shares conversion, they would likely vote the board out.
