Debt: OMG!!! How did CXR get to these Price Levels??

Debt: OMG!!! How did CXR get to these Price Levels??Last I recall, analysts were indicating to buy CXR in the high 20's which I almost did.

Instead, I probably purchased more Frontier Lithium, the Canadian high grade Lithium in development because in addition to health/pharmaceuticals, I really appreciate the driving demand of the 'zero emissions' New Energy Lithium transition and its constrained Lithium supply longer term as per the Macquarie Research report.

In revisiting CXR, on account of what I heard about the company on my favorite business program, I was very surprised to see CXR today at these price levels.  I have no idea what went amiss here.  From the comments I have quickly scanned, it appears that Debt is an issue especially when I read that the CEO is pledging his shares.

My immediate gut instinct is, did this company over leverage itself??

wirtz.
