How did CXR get to these Price Levels??They definitely overpaid for covis and took on too much debt...back then the stock was trading at >$100, the question is at the current price is the risk reward worth it for investors. It is trading at <1x adjusted EBITDA and a PE ratio of <2x, so even if you assume no growth with many new products (and no decreases) this stock would trade significantly higher - the question is can the sales and expenses stay at least flat going forward? Time will tell, Valeant investors who bought in at $18 USD are probably feeling good right now.
