having an ACTIVIST hedge fund accumulating shares in and around the strike price has to be good for retailers still in the game I think. Anything to shake management out of the plan to cut this really weak and easy deal in front of them and be home with full packages by Xmas is appreciated in my opinion. I would like to think that K2 will be relentless and greed driven which will benefit all shareholders who are not part of the severance plan. not many LTs will get out whole but you might see 20 or 25 cents if this goes well. 2nd thought is how and why were they aquiring warrants too?
