RE:RE:Plan B and C
Oil.

The reason that PGD created Exploration still exists today and deals take time. RF and EF will spend time working all ends agaisnt the middle and it takes time to get to a point where they are satisfied they've hit their head on maximum value.

There wasn't a market for many resources and money is just starting to flow...DDC, DeBeers, Lundin...There are lots of rumbling about recovery and no doubt many feel they've seen the worst of it. DDC is out publicly talking about doing a deal and PGD is going to push and push and push until they extract what they can.

A JV will have a price, an outright sale will have a price and I would bet that they are turning over every rock and exploring every path. What we don't know is what's the preferred path...something tells me Eric and Robert want to pull a diamond out of the ground but if the price is good enough, they'll walk.

The SP has no reason to go anywhere, what the market wants to know is how are we getting to mine...until that's clear, it's not going anywhere. Look at IVN...they decide to tell the market about unsolicited offers...why? To raise the SP, why? Maybe to look at acquisitions or to protect themselves from an outright bid of IVN...

If PGD does take it private, all of the sinister actions some feel that PGD has undertaken should be and will be challenged by the retail longs but PGD gave everyone a chance to participate and keep an increase in ownership by EF and RF at bay.

It's an interesting test but be thankful that if it's not a privatization that your shares are aligned with the interests of EF and RF...
