As of August 21st, more than 29% of the outstanding shares are now restricted because the CEO keeps buying up shares and he's bought even more after August 21st ...

A lot of the long time shares holders are not interested in short term gains ... They are buying and holding their shares until the stock is ready to be listed on the Nasdaq (one of the CEO's goals).  Some indiviuals hold of 6 million shares and others even more.  

It think it's going to be very hard to buy at a lower price until more shorts try to take the price down.  I view this as a very position situation.  I'm not the only one waiting to buy in the millions of shares.

How many shares did you buy?  I have 2.5 million shares.
