Much easier to get a buyout done when you own a low of shares....  You can lowball the offer and get the deal done now that Concordia and the CEO have been beaten up and are naked, unloved and left to the vultures.  LOL

Poor SHtGang pennywise clowns, what MK bought in two days is the the whole market cap of one of their bagholding specials!  LOL  No wonder they sting themselves!  LOL
