RE:RE:RE:Longs please stop sniffing glue. Concordia is a f-ing joke. People have right to joke. Satirical news posts in this section are protected freedom of speech. I always include link to the original source. Concordia Healthcare can go and f--- itself. Better spend more time restructuring your failing company, than threatening lawsuits to traders who disagree with you. At the end of day, traders have legal right to publish satirical stories about this f--- up company.

I doubt Concordia has any money to sue anyone.  Their lawyers will be busy busy defending themselves against all the class actions being filed that are accusing the corporation, along with two of their executives of employing devices, schemes and artifices to defraud; make untrue statements of fact and/or omitted to state material facts necessary to make the statements not misleadning; and engaged in acts, practices and a course of business which operated as a fraud and deceit upon the purchasers of the Company's securities in an effort to maintain artificially high market prices for Concordia' Securities in violation of Section 10(b) of the Exchange Act and Rule 10b-5.  All Defendants [Concordia, Thompson and Saldahla] are sued as primary participants in the wrongful and illegal conduct charged herein or as controlling persons as alleged in the class action.

Short sellers as a rule love to be sued.  In the province on Ontario, it gives them seven hours of disposition.  I would thoroughly enjoy (along with other short sellers I am quite sure) to be face to face across from Mark Thompson answering my questions.  And I would remind him that he is under oath.  LMFA. Biovail critics received $10M when they turned around and sued Biovail's executives for malicious prosecution.  Its great how things work out in the end.

Farallon did it against a stockhouse user and won $425,000
