Lots of doors ..just have to pick the right one ...actually glad he is taking his time ...said it a gazillion times we won't see full price appreciation for another 3-5 years ..all these cats thinking we will double again by end of year ...we might ...never know ..but i'm here for the big money which is a ways away so get comfortable :)
