You mention strong fundamentals, they can make $1M, but if the cost of that million is higher then the fundamental is very negative.
Did they mention their enthusiasm about their great financial situation today?
Importantly if they cared about the retail sh, they would have added the words "minimum price of 0.10" to their 20  day average share price deal.
Next week they will announce that the deal is signed, you know where the sp has been for the last 20 days!
This deal started or was agreed on already when they started selling it from 0.10.
As for the so called stupid seller, he will sell at any price when he realizes that one stock is dead and another one could give him a roi.
