Si a t'empeche de dormir, vends une partie afin de couvrir tes couts d'achats et le reste sera ton profit a long terme.

Renard a deja prouve sa capacite a livrer des diamants pendant 14 a 20 ans. Imagine-toi pas que la CDPQ et Orion ont donne 250 M $ US (et qui, en plus avec IQ et Blackstone, possedent plus de 40% des actions) et qu'ils n'ont pas ete voir sur le terrain et valider le carottage. N'oublie pas que Renard appartenait au debut a une filiale de Ressources Quebec ...
Ce qu'on ne sait pas c'est si la qualite des pierres sera vraiment au rendez-vous ni si on trouvera de gros diamants pour des profits supplementaires non inclus aux budgets.
Ce qu'on ne sait pas non plus c'est si la mine sera rentable apres 14-15 ans ... Ca pourrait aller entre 30 et 50 ans si les reserves presumees et les reserves potentielles se confirmaient (partiellement ou presque totalement), et si ces ressources sont de qualite surtout pour les kimberlites Renard-2, 4, 9 et 65.
