I suspect all this Drama is related to the dispute between the GOI and RIL on Cost Recovery.

In any case, they owe RIL and Niko their share on expenses dated back from 2009.(around 240 Mil for Niko) wich is causing serious financial harm to RIL and their parthners.(It's more harmful then unfair enrichment)

RIL and partners are pushing for that and we all know GOI is trying to Lower the amount with news about amounts Disallowed..hopefully they agree on a fair amount soon!!
