RE:RE:stumbling blocks

RE:RE:stumbling blocks
Warrants stand at 10M with a strike of C$.35 that came with last years PP of $6M.

I believe options also stand around 10M with the majority exercise price in the $1.00 - $2.00 range.

When Newstrike purchase of AP from Goldcorp, Goldcorp received an 3% NSR, there is an option to buy back 1% of that NSR.

As far as the Guerrero Gold Belt, presently it's the highest grade and fastest growing gold producing region in Mexico, but there has been several occasions of vandalism in the Guerrero State that have halted both Goldcorp & Torex operations. I have not heard of any operational problems at Ana Paula with either Newstrike or Timmins as owners.

With Goldcorp & Torex both next door having combined investments totaling over $2 Billion dollars, there's no question that the management team & BOD of both respectful companies felt the positives greatly outweigh the negatives of building a mine in the area. Osisko Gold Royalty no doubt also feels strongly of the upside potential in the region, for it is the largest single land holder with approximately one million hectares.
