RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Level II for those who don't have access

My concerns are the investment houses that do PP's will suppress a companies stock to get the price they want for a private placement.

Firms may smell that S7 may need some more money at some point.
So they will keep it at a certain price range.

Lets hope that is not the case.
