RE:RE:RE:"Best in the Business" (As in - (Have Never Lost a Case)If you follow the average timeline for arbitration's of this nature ceiba, not many go much longer then 4 years, as was the case with Rusaro as I highlited here.
I believe this arbitration will determine fault by years end, but because of non-disclosure we will not be updated to this event, but I'd bet a dollar to a donut this will prompt the Chinese to begin out of court settlement negotiations rather then run the risk of letting the tribunal set the amount of damages, (always a chance the tribunal could site damages to match the statement of claim $1.8 Billion)
With no news to come on any of this, I could see this possibly settled before the Chinese New Year and wake up one day and Petromin say something like they received a one time dividend from its affiliate TerraWest in the amount of something like 22% of $1 B.
which would send the stock north of $4 in a heartbeat.
This is the only reason Decottii continues to be a nuisance as cited by the judge the last time they dragged Petromin into court to defend against his trumpted up pack of lies.
The judge said he didn't want Decottii & Daum (dumb & dumber back in his court again and considered the case they brought to be nothing more then frivolous and nothing more then a attempt to do harm to Petromin in spit of their failed dissident action.
The judge even told them if they did pursue this bogus action again in court he would consider hitting them with damages for Petromin.
But did they listen....noooo, no they even tried to bring a second action on their own without even retaining any counsel....Wow!!
The judge dissallowed it, and said he would not permit this to go forward without them getting serious & hiring a legal firm to represent them.
Ok now ask yourself why would these clowns try a second time without a lawyer, because they are desperate to try to cause the company to suffer financial turmoil in hopes that Petromin would offer some kind of extra percentage of their upcoming settlement to stop bothering them.
But these idiots don't realize the BOD of Petromin have directors insurance which cover all their legal costs...so they are literally LTAO.
Watch and see when the judge throws this out for the second time except this time, slaps them with covering Petromin's costs on top of having to pay for the legal firm the judge forced them to hire.
Now I can se why as the CEO of that company I spoke to that Ivano Decotti was a director of for mere months, said that the rest of the Decottii family has dissassociated themselves from Ivano.
The guy appears to be somewhat of a whacko.
They will slither away and start looking for another struggling venture company, put a little cash in and then try to take them over just like they failed at with both Petromin and Hi Ho Silver.
Thats what these slimes do according to the CEO of Hi Ho who I spoke to and the judge sees right through them too, and why Ross and Co. Couldn't care less about them.
Thats the way I see things too, just a minor distraction that will quickly become a distant memory again and for the final time, except this time Petromin's treasury will have a few more $ due to receiving damages from dumb & dumber and these slime balls will slide back under the rock from which they came.
So my advice ceiba, ignore the noise and have a little more patience, I think you will be happy you did.
