On insider sales, Baxter, Bonney and Buckett are no longer reporting as they are no longer mgt. Bonney got crossed out of his whole position and I believe Baxter has been an aggressive seller. With some new plans announced and executed by board and mgt we should see PKT trade up. They should be able to cut costs by about 2/3 without Baxter at the helm.
