Whatever happened to that Apollo bid?

Whatever happened to that Apollo bid? Was it officially rejected? Perhaps withdrawn from Apollo? 

Isn't this information that the exec. should be sharing with stakeholders given that it falls under fiduciary duty? 

This management team is horrendous.
