NXE has employed ex-CCO personel that update an internal 43-101 compliant resource as each batch of assays is received. In the event a surprise offer materializes and based on the maiden resource statement, an updated resource statement will be issued to support a more realistic offer that matches the resource. Is 400 million pounds and $5/lb unrealistic? I don't think so and those numbers would support an offer of about $6.83/share, plus shares in a royalty spin out to protect upside in resource and uranium prices. My advise to you is to re mortgage your house and short NXE as far as you can. That way, you may learn something as a good education is expensive.
