RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:I Just Want To Say That I Lost Over 70% At this point i'm sure you have done no research and are just blindly hoping for a positive outcome.

to your points

acquisition or merger: debt is to high, they paid too much for weak assets as already proven by writedowns and lowered guidance

strengthening of british pound: sorry they hedged after the pound tanked, seems they already locked in their losses

new products: the loophole they were using has been exposed in Britain by the media, polticians and Nhs are furious. Good luck with old strategy now that everyone knows your gameplan.

I too am down a bundle but am not eligible for any law suits because I bought into Cxr after the said dates....I don't think the law firms care what nationality you are...To them a client could be from anywhere and the thing tying them together is the stock, not the country...So my suggestion to you people who fit into the correct loss category ( over 100k$ ) contact the law firms that you are comfortable with and go for! It!

I spoke to Adam Peeler about the lawsuits...He told me that the cases have no merit in the court of law....In his experience any time a SP goes down rapidly and to such an extent the lawyers quickly jump into action and sue sue sue,,,,My advice to everyone and to myself is to sit and wait...I feel that the worst is behind us and better times are a coming....New product to be introduced, possibility of acquisition or merger, strengthening of the Brirish pound......All bode well...GLTA
