Anyway, still trying to figure this out.  According to the June 30 2016 MDA on Sedar,  in March 2015, they had reached 1800 residential units at launch.  In Dec 2015 they near-doubled that to 3500.  By April 2016, there were 5400 residential units.    And by July 2016 19% penetration of residential buildings on-net over 12 months = 6496 units.  (Which cannot be the complete count, as the Aug 31 press release said that there was a 40% increase in "residential units added" from Q1 to Q2)

So that doesn't make sense w/r to the "informative article", as they had exceeded 2000 customers already at the end of 2015.  I guess that they meant 2000 additional customers?

(Sorry if any of this is boring or obvious ... just still trying to figure out what the magic number of residential units is for breaking even)
