I am a dummy...too much red wine tonight. 

The event I am waiting for is the creation of the Trading company and the announcement of their first transaction.    

WHY?   Because there is no reason for India to buy potash in this manner except to assist Encanto by infusing $$$ to help us complete FS and EIS.    

If/when this happens I will know a mine is imminent (unless they uncover some unforeseen obstacle during the FS completion).
