Well said and it seems that other investors are slowly recognizing the conservative and profitable business. One of the most important contributors to the success of STB is the CEO who has school buses in his blood and conveys his enthusiasm to the company and its customers.

Another simple way of describing their philosophy is that growth is funded  externally while "profits" are distributed to the "owners"  (shareholders). The exisiting shareholders benefit from the economies of scale when the company grows and the new sources of funds get the same return on their  investment as do the original shareholders.
