ANY UPDATE ON THIS? HOW IT IS BEING FUNDED?

ANY UPDATE ON THIS? HOW IT IS BEING FUNDED?I think the stellar runs of MGW and THC are over or near over ... and if not ... so be it ... I am looking at re-taking a position in GLH.  I truly think the current share price can only move in one direction before long but I am stumped on the following.... given the financing lately and much of it for working capital etc .... how is the below being funded?  Yes, pretend I know zero ... is it turnkey (only paid for based on sales that can be traced back  ... like a royalty, etc)?   I know for fact from other boards and forums I am not the only one eager to get back in and stumped by the below quote .... this quote is from the MD&A for source purposes .... page 14.

"During June and subsequent to the balance sheet date, the Company has entered into two fixed rate supply agreements for minimum quantities of trim and flower. A total obligation of $8,350,000 due in monthly installments of 10% each for a 10 month period are expected to commence during October 2016, contingent on the delivery of 50% of minimum quantities of trim and flower meeting the Company’s quality standards."
