RE:RE:RE:The company make private?

RE:RE:RE:The company make private?Agree Cudjo, but it would not neccessary be difficult though in my mind, as they are very close to doing so as far as a share  % of the company already.

Some people will be very upset and may take a legal stance, but really, not much of a chance of winning, but I'm no expert to say the least, just an educated guess.  Many will be happy if they are recent investors to finally know what's going on and make a small or even a good return on their investment depending on the SP offer.

I think they are poised to take this private and avoid any legal issues as a result because as you pointed out many times, not even the F bro's purchased all the leftover 10 cent shares as they did the previous offering and I think they did that on purpose so as not to attract unwanted attention to their plan to take this private, but this is just an opinion, who knows!  As someone said, perhaps some entities are investing because of that concern and I believe it is indeed a real concern.

There is a good article on the SI sight that I'm going to try and post later about how Robert just let the world know that they were most likely going to be bought out and basically the jist of the article is that to many JR's, if not all, sign CA agreements so they can't do that...not saying IVN based on their market cap could be considered a JR before anyone jumps on that...
