RE:RE:RE:Vertex no longer lending IntermapGoing to wait till I hear his arguments before I comment too much - but the $5 mil is already included in the par value of the $13.13M note, and as far as I can tell, Vertex is definitely including the royalty in the net average cost - but I am not drawing the same conlusion that there is a write down occuring - it's simply an accretion of discount procedure on it.
