TBE

TBEI don't knwo how it works, If selling the assests is the one option to pay back bank syndicate and other contractors, CRA etc And if oil move above 50dollars or more. Then who decide how much assest value will be. Will it be open auction or just whoever approch receiver with maximum bid. Wondering if get better price for assests more value share holders can get after debs.
Or any provision of refiniancing debt even after receivership, Cos with change in commodity price can change lots of equations for company and bankrs too. Just wondering.
