RE:OEE management is committed to success

RE:OEE management is committed to successAgreed 100%

If you are ever in doubt, check SEDI, as presently approximately 45%  of OEE stock is held by management and insiders.....During the recent run up, not (1) single share of stock has been sold by any insider......I rest my case!

Q. Does this sound like a company who's management has given up?

Quotes from Colin Fisher... (the analyst from BNN):

I see some people hopping up and down trying to send the share price down.

I would say there are a number of strong fundamental and market reasons why the share price should hold in. This is of course barring a macro-economic shock that would send the whole market down.

1)     They just received about $800K from the warrant exercise.
         a.   This means they don’t need to raise dough for the foreseeable future. This materially takes pressure off of the stock.

2)     They are at IMTS which comes around only once every two years – this is a big deal.

3)     I believe that before and on the heels of an event like IMTS and the partnership with Mazak and Cisco that there could be additional news.

4)     Their financials are getting progressively stronger – so this is a strong signal to the market to anticipate the next quarter.

The one potential con is that the price has moved quickly to this level – so a reasonable pull back could be contemplated, but I think the first 4 reasons will win out in the medium, and possibly the short term as well.

Best regards,

Colin Fisher
