RE:RE:RE:RE:Final FlushKeep in mind that legacy drugs are generally worth 5 times ebitda when being sold. Concordias debt  is 6.4 times ebitda. Its not rocket science to figure it out. Bondholders are first in line. The assets aren't worth the debt.
