RE:RE:Need to sell some assets

RE:RE:Need to sell some assetsFicticious "Cold call" :

"Hey we're Corcordia, we have a bunch of overpriced pills we're losing money on because we jacked up the price to fool investors the gravy train was just starting.  But to EVERYONE's surprise, the market and government are taking step to curb price gouging and sales are goin down fast.  Intererested in firesales?"

[........ questions .....]

Well, we overpaid for all of it but we'll sell them at a fraction of the price since we already have written off a bunch of them, our stock price is 1/10 what is was and it's just starting...

[........ questions .....]

Oh, yeeahhh,  the lawsuits,  don't worry about that.  Pretty standard stuff.  You know, it's good to have lawyers on board, you can scare a lot of people with that stuff....

[........ questions .....]

Caymen Islands?  Huhh, where is THAT?  I know NOOOTTTTTHING!

Guys, get a clue PLEASE.  Look back!  As people pointed out, the only buyers interested were hedge funds. IF, and that's a big IF, they were really interested, you can bet they are going to go for the bones on this with all that has transpired recently.

This is a lesson in "Wall Street & Private Equity Hedge Funds" versus "Public Equity Investors".  In that game guess who always seems to win? Don't bet against the house.
