RE:What is the likelyhood...I think that would mean the end of the company once and for all. I mean there is alread a lack of trust with the company....if they come up with zero results after all this time, investors will run..faster than they are now.
I don't know if a buyout will happen - but I am hopeful. Apollo has not announced that they have withdrawn from the process. That in of itself is something to be hopeful about. They are out and about buying things and I hope concordia is one of them..whatever the price they buy it at. This management is horrendous and we just need another team to take the helm.
At the end of the day, it is your decision as to whether to stick with the company and risk the rest of your capital, or to cut your losses and spend the next however long it will take to cover your losses.
I am going to stick with it and hope for the best. These lawsuits mean nothing given that they can't prove anything. Despite how awful of a CEO MT is...he is a lawyer and he is well aware that these lawsuits will yield to nothing.
