Cold fusion revisited?

Cold fusion revisited?I have no doubt that those who hold this stock near and dear to their hearts will have a couple of choice words for me (and those words aren't Merry Christmas), but I must confess that I am absolutely mystified as to how it is that a procedure could be developed whereby more energy is extracted from a machine or procedure than is put into it. I am no Physicist, but the laws pertaining to this fundamental science dictate that such a result or outcome is possible. Sounds to me like the hoopla surrounding the discovery of cold fusion several years ago or the search for a perpetual motion machine.....in short, I have my doubts. Comments, anyone?
