RE:Short Squeeze ComingShort squeezes do happen but are quite rare and seldom appreciate the SP into orbit IMHO. Oftentimes the SP regains its prior losses and maybe a little more. Take NavB for example, one of the heaviest shorted stock on the Nasdaq and one I have been trading since prior to FDA approval of their lead product 3 years ago. Yesterday the SP jumped 135% on massive volumes , due to the sale of NA rights of that product to their licensing BP company in order to remove a creditor for their leg. The SP is still a fraction of its formal self, but it is a long play now and shorts are jumping off the boat. Hence if CXR sold its lead brands to pay debt we may see a similar jump. I will buy down here when things level, but the shorts are a tenacious toxic corrosive bunch of pustules that don't disappear without a non diluted cash input. They are waiting for an offering to cover, the best thing CXR can do is to tighten their belt, sharpen their pencils, sell some brands, selectively dedicate resources to a few of the new products. The strategic review is not mere prose IMHO and CXR thinks that it will be a game changer. The best thing is to seek some qualified trading advice and CXR can make the announcement prior to shorty margin calls.
