RE:Why is price spiking up....just an educated guess, but i think they might be close to a deal with HudBay Minerals on the 777Mine extension buyback right.
Hopefully they can convert into a nice royalty - then this is a 10bagger easily.
But even if they can keep the 10% buyback or sell it this is from here (about 1.9mm marketcap) still at least an easy tripple.
rest of the projects look interesting as well.
