RE:RE:RE:RE:New Sirona twitter postThere are relatively scientific methods out there by which to come up with a valuation for SBM. Several of us have actually gone thru the numbers previously on this board. Just for the heck of it again - we're being told 1067 is worth $240 million US in an outright sale of 1067 ($1.70C per share). SGLT2 ROW licensing, $100 million US (conservatively, adding another .70C per share).
Glycoproteins? How many are identified? 12? 14? Licensing each or groups = ?US$.
Proprietary fluorination technology? $100US million? $500US million?
Though I personally don't have the exact numbers, there are outfits out there that put numbers to these sorts of things. I've participated in a few biotech IPO's here in the US, and I can't see this going as a package under $5 per share. Just MHO.
